Vintage Hand-Painted Landscape Plate by L. Williamson, 1993

A vintage hand-painted plate with a peaceful mountain landscape in soft, watercolor-like tones. Lilac and mauve mountains rise above a valley of green and golden trees, with a little white cottage tucked among them and a cow standing in the shallows of a winding river, all framed by a pale green painted ring, a white border and a gold rim. It is inscribed on the back "Hand painted by L Williamson 1993", making it a true one-of-a-kind piece. Lovely on a small plate stand, hung on a wall, or tucked into a shelf of collected china.
