Welcome to Marvella Mercantile. These Terms of Service apply when you browse our online store or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from our store.

Products and condition

Our antique and vintage items are often one of a kind. We make a good-faith effort to describe each item accurately, including its condition, notable wear, and measurements where relevant. Signs of age and use may be part of an item’s character. Please review the listing’s photos and description carefully, and email info@marvellamercantile.com with questions before purchasing.

Colors and details may appear differently on different screens. An item’s availability can change, and placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when you order. Prices and any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout before you submit your order.

We may contact you if we need to clarify an order or correct an apparent listing or pricing error. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled item.

Final sales and order issues

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Our Return and Refund Policy explains what to do if an item arrives damaged. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.

Shipping

We sell and ship within the United States. Shipping costs and available options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates, if provided, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If there is a problem with your shipment, contact us at info@marvellamercantile.com.
