Refund policy

At Marvella Mercantile, our antique and vintage items are one of a kind. We describe their condition as accurately as we can, including notable wear or imperfections. Please review the listing photos, description, and measurements before ordering, and contact us at info@marvellamercantile.com if you have questions.

Final sale. All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, a preference about an item’s appearance, or an item that does not fit your space. Age-related wear and variations disclosed in the listing are part of the item’s condition.

Problems with an order. If your item arrives damaged, please email info@marvellamercantile.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. Please keep the item and packaging until we’ve reviewed the issue.

We’ll review the details and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund where applicable. Please don’t send an item back unless we’ve provided return instructions. If we ask you to return an item because of damage, we’ll provide return-shipping instructions.

Approved refunds are issued as store credit.
