Vintage Royal Vale Bone China English Cottage Plate

A vintage English bone china plate by Royal Vale, decorated with a classic English cottage scene. A thatched, half-timbered cottage with red brick chimneys sits behind a garden overflowing with purple, pink and yellow blooms, while a couple in period dress stands in the lane with a small flock of sheep and a village green opens up beyond, all framed by a white border and a gold rim. Lovely on a plate stand or kitchen dresser, hung on a wall, or gathered with other older English china for a collected, cottage-style look.
